Close your account
What closing does (and honestly does not do), what happens to your ventures and Treats, and how to ask for real deletion.

Cancel first if you're paying
Closing an account is not the same as cancelling a subscription, and closing does not stop billing. If you pay us, cancel the plan first — and if you are inside your first 90 days, claim the refund before you close, because you will need access to your email either way.
Closing it
Settings → Profile → the Close account card at the bottom → Close my account. A dialog asks you to type your email and password to confirm.
What it actually does — plainly
It disables your account and signs you out everywhere. It blocks future sign-in.
It does not delete your data. Your ventures are kept so that a workspace owner can reassign them, and no rows are erased. We would rather tell you that than let you believe "close" means "erase".
If you are the last owner of a workspace, you cannot close your account until you promote someone else — the same protection that stops the last owner being removed by anyone else.
If you want real deletion
Email info@foundergem.com and ask for your account and data to be deleted. That is a manual operation performed by a person, and it is a genuine deletion, not a disable.
What happens to your Treats
Unused Treats are forfeited when an account is closed, except where the Nine Lives Guarantee applies. If you are inside your first 90 days, claim the refund first.
Reopening
A closed account is disabled rather than gone, so a workspace owner can have it reopened. Email us.
Just want out of one workspace?
That is different and much simpler: Settings → Workspace → Members → the leave icon on your own row. You keep your account and any other workspaces.
