kitty.build (“we”, “us”) is a business operations tool that lets an operator analyze, manage, and launch a portfolio of ventures. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. kitty.build is operated by FounderGem LLC. Contact: info@foundergem.com.

What we collect

  • Account data — your email, name, role, and a securely hashed password; TOTP 2FA secret (encrypted).
  • Content you create — ventures, tasks, issues, next steps, GTM data, notes, documents, metrics, OKRs, and AI reviews.
  • Connector credentials — API keys you add for integrations, encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used server-side only; never returned to the client or logged.
  • Security & audit logs — sign-in events, privileged actions, and connector calls (with redacted summaries), plus IP/user-agent.

How we use it

  • To provide the service and keep your portfolio data available to you and people you grant access.
  • To generate AI analysis and reviews. Relevant content is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) to produce that output; it is not used to train their models.
  • To secure your account (2FA, access control) and maintain an audit trail.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share only with infrastructure providers needed to run kitty.build: our hosting/database provider and Anthropic for AI processing. If you enable optional connectors (e.g. analytics, payments, publishing), data flows to those services you connect, under their terms.

Security

Secrets and sensitive documents are encrypted at rest; authentication supports TOTP two-factor; access is enforced per-venture on every request server-side; every privileged action is audit-logged.

Retention & your rights

We keep your data while your account is active. You can edit or delete ventures and their data in-app, and request full account deletion by emailing us. Disabling an account revokes its sessions immediately.

Children

kitty.build is a business tool not directed to children and is not intended for anyone under 16.
