These terms govern your use of kitty.build. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. kitty.build is provided by FounderGem LLC c/o 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States.

Your account

You're responsible for your account, keeping your password and 2FA secure, and for activity under it. Access is invite-based and scoped by role; don't attempt to access ventures or data you weren't granted.

Acceptable use

• Don't use kitty.build for unlawful activity or to violate others' rights.
• Don't misuse connectors or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
• You're responsible for the content you create and for credentials you connect.

AI output

kitty.build's analysis, reviews, and generated build packages are decision-support, not professional (legal, financial, or tax) advice. Verify important decisions independently.

Availability & warranty

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using kitty.build and request deletion at any time.
