Buy more Treats

Top-up packs for when a month runs hot, what they cost, and why purchased Treats outlive the ones your plan grants.

The packs

Settings → Plan & billing has the top-up buttons, labelled with what they give you:

Top-upTreatsPrice
Pack 1300$25
Pack 21,200$80

They are one-time payments, not a subscription, and they are granted the moment Stripe confirms the payment.

Why buy rather than upgrade

Two different problems:

  • A one-off heavy month — a burst of analyses, a batch of articles. Top up.
  • Every month looks like this now — upgrade. Top-ups are deliberately priced so that living permanently on them is never cheaper than the subscription Treats they back up.

Purchased Treats behave better

They are exempt from the monthly rollover cap and do not expire while your account is open. Spending draws down your granted Treats first, so what you paid for is always the last to go.

When you're out mid-job

The refusal message tells you the exact shortfall — how many Treats the job needs and how many the workspace has. A dialog headed The bowl is empty offers See plans & upgrade.

Scheduled social posts are the exception: they are parked for about an hour rather than failed, so topping up promptly rescues them without any work from you.

Buying needs admin

Top-ups are a billing action, so you need the owner or admin role in the workspace. They are also unavailable inside the iOS and Android app builds — buy at https://kitty.build in a browser.

Refunds on top-ups

Top-ups are separate purchases from the subscription guarantee. Email info@foundergem.com and any pack whose Treats you have not spent will be refunded.

Frequently asked

Do top-up Treats expire?
No, not while your account is open. They also sit outside the monthly rollover cap, and are always spent after your granted ones.
Can I get a refund on a top-up?
Yes, for any pack whose Treats you haven't spent. Email info@foundergem.com.
