What is kitty.build?

Nine specialist AI boards research your business idea live, argue, and return one cited verdict. Ideas worth building then run on a 24/7 engine.

kitty.build is an AI co-founder with one unusual quality: she will tell you your idea is bad.

Feed her a business idea in one sentence. Nine specialist boards research it live on the web, argue with each other where they disagree, and come back with a single decisive verdict and a 0–100 opportunity score. It takes about twenty minutes. If the idea deserves killing, she kills it — that is the product working, not failing.

The nine boards

Seven boards research in parallel, one synthesizes, and one calls it:

BoardWhat it owns
Market & OpportunityIs there a market, and is it reachable
Competitor AnalysisWho already does this, and how well
Financial ModelThe numbers, and whether they survive contact
Legal & ComplianceWhat you are not allowed to do
Go-To-MarketThe first hundred customers
Marketing StrategyThe angle and the message
Risk RegisterWhat kills this in month four
Advisor SynthesisReconciles the seven
Executive VerdictAssigns the score and the verdict

Every board is required to cite its material claims and to label estimates as estimates. An empty box beats an invented number — that rule is in the prompt, not just the marketing.

What happens after a verdict

An idea that survives becomes a venture you can actually run from kitty: brand, a generated website, todos, OKRs, metrics, GTM, a CRM, a support inbox, and a 24/7 engine that does the safe work itself and reports what it did with evidence. Publishing, spending and outreach always wait for your approval.

Two rules the product holds itself to, and which explain a lot of its behaviour:

  • Failed work costs nothing. Treats are charged only after a job delivers something. A run that dies leaves no charge behind.
  • Nothing is invented. The morning report is written from a factual ledger of what ran, and the support answerer refuses to answer from anything but your own published docs.

Where to go next

Frequently asked

Is the first idea really free?
Yes. A new workspace gets a one-time grant of 100 Treats, and a full nine-board validation costs 80. No card is required to sign up.
Does kitty write code for my idea?
She generates a website for the venture, and produces a downloadable build kit — a full doc set plus a starter scaffold aimed at Claude Code — that you or a developer build from. She is not a hosted app builder.
